No Liability for Illegal Activities You acknowledge and agree that zazzzy is a platform provider and, as such, is not responsible for the content, services, or transactions facilitated by Users of the Service. zazzzy does not endorse, promote, or permit illegal activities on its platform. You expressly agree that zazzzy shall not be held responsible or liable for:
- Any illegal goods, services, or fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to:
- Drugs, controlled substances, or pharmaceuticals.
- Animal trafficking, illegal wildlife trade, or sale of endangered species.
- Any fraudulent, counterfeit, or falsely represented products or services.
- Fraudulent activities that may occur between Users, including misrepresentation, scams, or illegal transactions.
- User’s failure to comply with tax laws, regulations, or reporting requirements.
User Responsibility Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities, products, and services comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions. zazzzy does not assume responsibility for the legality of any transaction or content uploaded, sold, or promoted on the platform.
Reporting Violations If you become aware of any illegal activity or violation of this terms of service, you must report it immediately to zazzzy at support@zazzzy.com. We reserve the right to investigate, block, suspend, or terminate any User account involved in illegal activities.
Termination of Use Zazzzy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without notice, if you engage in any illegal activity or violate these terms of service. We may also take legal action against you for illegal actions taken through our platform.
Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless zazzzy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service.
- Your violation of any term of this TOS.
