Zazzzy is an ecommerce platform and community (or community based platform) that helps creative, inventive, handmade, and unique small to medium sized businesses grow and make sales! Zazzzy also caters to shoppers seeking a new experience in gifts and products available directly from the creator
How do we do that? By providing an inexpensive, easy to use storefront, support, training, and resources to assist you in promoting your product or service based business.
Zazzzy is here for the creative, inventive, artists of all kinds, digital creators, service providers, and shoppers, each seeking a unique experience in ecommerce and support. All items available for sale are the creation or invention of the business owner. We do not accept mass produced, pre-made, or MLM products that are not owned by the vendor/business.
We find that many creatives do not have the time, energy, resources, or experience to create a website or store to promote, market, and sell their products. Zazzzy partners with the creative to help set and promote their unique items. We offer an easy-to-use storefront platform (no website needed), resources to build the brand, and some promotional opportunities. We also have a menu of additional items to choose from for growing their business. Along with all of that, we make available a resource center, and a community of like-minded individuals plus support every step of the way
Zazzzy is open to our military families, artists, crafters, digital creators, service providers, handmade items, home creators, collectors, and the unique one of a kind inventions.

First, we highly recommend reading through the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, Disclaimer, and Copywrite Policy, links of which may be emailed to you once your business is approved.
Next, please click on the Register button in the header of the website or any box/button on the homepage that says “Register Your Business.” From there, fill out your name & email address. Click Submit. You will then be taken to a longer form where we can get to know you, what products you offer, & how we can partner with you to help grow your business. You can always email us at support@zazzzy.com or click the chat option for help with this process.
Once you are approved to sell your products on Zazzzy.com, you will receive a welcome kit email that will help you with the setup process

After choosing and paying for your membership plan, you will be able to view your backoffice. From there, you will be able to add your products, set your prices, and change the look of the storefront. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email support@zazzzy.com
No. Zazzzy does not charge any additional fees to sell or list your items or products. Zazzzy charges an annual membership fee, that’s it. This does not include any processing fees through the payment processor, shipping services, or any fees outside of Zazzzy membership and credits
Let’s face it, Nickels and Dimes add up. A one time fee is much easier for a business to budget, make sales to cover, and honestly, it’s just better business all the way around.
We highly recommend reading through the Terms and Conditions and Prohibited Items Policy. Although we feel that those pages are self explanatory, the list includes: pornography of any kind, MLM businesses, perishable foods, hazmat products, weapons, paraphernalia, illegal substances, and any products or services, including digital arts, that you did not make yourself or own the rights to. Please do not list any services that include the following: inappropriate, illegal, or the sale, trade, or abuse of animals
If you make a physical product or provide a service, Zazzzy is happy to welcome you to the platform. If we find that you do not have your product or service listed correctly, we will make suggestions, if ignored, you may be subject to being removed from the website

While Zazzzy loves to help to promote your business, we do not market your business specifically. We invest in marketing for both the platform and the businesses/vendors who use our site, but we aim more toward teaching and helping you to learn to promote your own business. We feel that it is important for all of our growth by continuing to share Zazzzy.com with your friends, families, acquaintances, and through your own social media outlets. We are developing a business resource center for our customers, but as a start up, it is a work in progress
There are a few exceptions:The purchase of credits and using the credits to promote your business through our team OR through the services offered by stores on the Zazzzy platform.
Not at this time. For the moment you will have to create and purchase shipping labels through the USPS website or your preferred carrier. We do have recommendations for shipping while we work to bring on this feature, such as Shippo.com

No, you can not directly book services for one of our vendors through Zazzzy. You can purchase from
them and then work out the details.
Zazzzy also offers a credit system for our in-house team to be able to help you with some of your needs. These can be booked through Customer Care Representatives or by emailing support@zazzzy.com.
Zazzzy credits are Zazzzy’s way of prepaying for services that your business might need, such as logo design, voice over services, graphics for social media, or even training and consultations. These “credits'' are redeemed through support@zazzzy.com and our in-house team of specialists.
Yes, every vendor/seller is responsible for their own business taxes & sales tax. It is up to the seller to keep track of income and expenses. We provide a number of reporting tools that shop owners can use as well as recommendations, although we are not accountants, and will not advise as such.
Yes and they can be found in each business owners backoffice.
Please keep in mind that Zazzzy is independent from the business owners/vendors found on our website. That said, we will do our absolute best to make sure that these issues are addressed in a timely manner. Our goal has always been to create a positive platform to support one another. When addressing issues, we will do our best to keep our members & shoppers safe and will not be remiss to revoke memberships at any time, either vendor or shopper.
Zazzzy requires vendors/business owners to set their own prices on Zazzzy. We highly recommend adding shipping cost into the price of the item, as well as sales tax, as Zazzzy does not charge or collect for any of these outside fees.
Zazzzy does not offer a public payment plan per se… however, if you are finding difficulty in meeting the upfront membership fee, please contact us, as we may be able to help you. We recognize how difficult it can be to get started, so Please .. reach out to support@zazzzy.com
Zazzzy memberships last for 1 year. Memberships are due annually on your anniversary date, unless other arrangements have been made.
Vendors and Business Owners are in control of how long products are on the platform, unless of course there is a non-payment of funds, unfair or unsatisfactory order fulfillment, or the items are prohibited items.Memberships renew annually unless canceled.
Purchase the Zazzzy Business Store or Zazzzy Pro Store, renew at the Zazzzy Business Store level or Zazzzy Pro Store level, or purchase credits equal to accommodate the space price.
We reserve full feature social media including and not limited to YouTube, podcast, email, and all social platforms for the Zazzzy Business Store level of membership. We may offer shout outs on our social media on occasion to highlight other stores, but predominantly, this feature will be reserved for the Zazzzy Business Store membership or Zazzzy Pro Store memberships.We may also at times offer this as a credit system item
